The b******!!!!!

It might be repairable though. If it helps the back of these does tend to pull out okay: did mine a couple of times whistle.gif

The good thing is the monocoque shape of the rear quarter panels and roof is really, really strong and so is unlikely to have distorted.

If he was a taxi, he must have insurance right? unsure.gif

If not you can get a hydraulic ram / sledgehammer and straighten out the panel behind the bumper to roughly the right place, weld up the splits and creases between boot floor, suspension turrets and that last panel. You *might* then be able to pop in a new tailgate and bodge on a new bumper. My rear bumper had blocks of wood bulking it out at the attachment points for several years.

It probably looks worse than it is. Take the rear bumper, tail gate and rear lights out. Then assess the damage to the car. I'm not sure what Russia is like for road worthiness but you could possible chain the rear of your car to a tree and give it a good yank!

I have been in contact with an Italian Alfa club www.alfasport.net about the possibility of organising an international road trip to the Alfa Romeo museum in Milan in summer 2005.
A Greek & German Alfa club are hoping to attend also, and have been assured that we will received help in finding accomodation & places to visit during our stay from the Italian Alfa club.

Autoroute shows this to be ~750 miles each way from London, so obviously it is worth making a long trip out of it (1 week there??)

If I could have people's thoughts please, I can relay them back...

obioviously anyone's welcome as long as you can get there....

It's incredible the things that people will post in the deluded thought that somebody will then click on their link to escorts. They must think we're as stupid as they are.
