Does anyone help us with our receiver dryer?

I have a problem with my friend's 145.
He was annoyed with his receiver dryer on his 145.

Here's ePer, which says 60662250.

We googled it and found a lot of 60662250.
It is like this then we bought it.

But, his dryer is quite different from this.

Does anyone know its part number or how to use above one as bottom one using some adapter or something?

you got wrong part number. bottom dryer part number is 46430022 (old part number: 60812379). you can check all this at eper.pekidi.com with your VIN number.

imho to connect top version instead of bottom one will be too complicated.
