Yea she was there, R501HAN - Hannah. However, that was not in my ownership there. I did not have the additional Alfa badge on the back next to the white sticker or different number plates.
That's all sounds like a good turnout back-in-the-day; But it'd be good to break some new ground with the surviving members. Maybe you can get that hard drive professionally rescued, Langers I wish buddy, I have it just in case I can one day, but at over £100, I cannot currently justify it. -------------------- ![]() '96 Purple 145 QV died from rust - '98 Blue Junior SOLD - '99 Red 145 QV 20VT SOLD - '97 145 QV Track Tart SOLD |

Along with the blue one it was the best condition 145 there I reckon - I think the blue one bit the dust through rust and welding needed. There was a red ph2 145 there for sale for £300 and it had black leather Momo seats. Regretted not buying that ![]() -------------------- G A N Z 145

£300?! I would have snapped that up quickly, pulled the engine out, worked on all the chasis repair and fitted the 20VT!
I regretted the day I sold R501HAN. I took her from a mothers run around car scratched as hell, knackered engine to be well polished with a new engine. -------------------- ![]() '96 Purple 145 QV died from rust - '98 Blue Junior SOLD - '99 Red 145 QV 20VT SOLD - '97 145 QV Track Tart SOLD |

Some nice pics - shame the "garage" menu has been shutdown. £300 and it was even road worthy as had made the event. -------------------- G A N Z 145

I've been off the forum for a few years because house DIY has been over drive. Just before I moved to my new house, I got the floorpan welded, and to achieve that, the interior all came out (except front seats went back in).
And since the MOT lapsed that year, my little 145QV has been SORN. However, this year is the year and my plan is to get it back on the road. It's been under a carport and hasn't moved, so it's filthy but has been dry. The reason the interior went on hold is because I'm stripping all the old insulation and tar out, and putting in new sound deadening etc. I discussed the plan with the wife this week, and we've agreed that March/April should be targetted to get the thing running again! |
