... on the 4 cars presently on eBay. Iím a bit surprised and wondering if they sell for those prices.
Has the number of cars got to the point of them being a rarity now? I have no idea of the demand out there. One car has 52 watchers so maybe itís us guys from here? Haha!
I might well be needing a new runaround soon but I canít budget that much. I have a cracking 2.0 cloverleaf engine sat here doing nothing so maybe I will pick up a 147 with a broken engine on the cheap! I would prefer another 145 though but it looks like the days of a cheap one are gone.

I wonder if this is also due to the feature in this month's Modern Classics mag?

yeah, I thought that as well- but that guy wants £4K!!! (for the car that was in the mag)

There was a cloverleaf '45 just last week in Edinburgh, Jeremy; for £125!!

It needed a new alternator, but other than that, seemed a very good prospect.

I couldn't find the right 'backers' to join me on the venture... As they say in Dragon's Den...

I'm amazed how many phase 1's there are for sale. I wander what proportion of ph1 to ph2's there are left.

It will be interesting to see if these go for the prices they are asking.

I didn’t know about that magazine article, thanks Jeremy. Off to WHS tomorrow!
I hope these cars do fetch a nice price but not crazy!

Still got your Atoll blue qv Harpo, couple off hassles recently but all sorted now and back on road (see electronic key fault in topics),been a good car, mine unfortunately ended up being scrapped but I also took out engine, doors, bonnet etc that I could.
Car may be up for sale soon but not at Modern Classics magazine prices, this month features a 145,good article, only thinking of selling as got too many vehicle's,berlingo van and a 106 s2 rallye to go too unless I strike it rich or get a lock up at a gooooood price,145s are so good I don't really want to be without it,id only end up buying another, just like you!
Cheers,keep an eye out,Forza Alfa!
