Firstly, thank you GE for setting up this page for track days. I'm an avid track day fan and have been on most tracks in the UK over the past 15 years and looking forward to getting my new acquisition onto a track somewhere soon!

Has anyone got anything organised themselves?

I see AROC have Croft in September, anyone going?

Been to a few track days here in Brazil, two in the Curitiba AIC race track, and one in Interlagos, all of them in my ph1 QV.

Need to sort out it's suspension before another track days, front shocks are blown and the original setup makes the car roll like hell laugh.gif

Cesar,

I would say that the QV even at it's original setup does not roll much. The car is pretty stable.
Don't you think that is happening because of your blown shocks? Maybe your coils are a bit strained too... need a check.

I think when you change your shocks everything will go better. Do it!

The guys of Honda Club were saying that at the trackday you was almost touching the track with the hands... so much your car was rolling. biggrin.gif

The original setup of the QV is already pretty stiff and sporty.

At the first AIC track day the suspension was fine and even then it had a massive amount of body roll, now with blown front shocks it almost touches the ground blink.gif Of course that happens while cornering real hard, driving around streets and highways is not as noticeable.

Before i got this QV i drove other 145s as well, and i found all of them to have a great deal of body roll compared to other cars in the same class. But it's nothing that can't be sorted out biggrin.gif Hopefully i'll tackle this in the next couple of weeks!
