I've already built a 155 20vt for myself which is going to be removed from my black 155 to be fitted into my rebuilt white 155 widebody in feb. 18 months ago I built a 155 selespeed for my girlfriend as she can only drive autos.
My black 155 will be getting a 156 2.4jtd 10v 150bhp which has been remapped to 175bhp. Then I'm having the summer with no projects of my own when after summer I'm going to start rebuilding my damaged Q4 that I've just got before christmas |

Brilliant conversion. All the best with you, very easy to do if you have small hands.

My 155 20vt has 2 1/4 coilovers, coupe brembos, FMIC, braided hel brake hoses and coupe trailing arms as they put the rear wheels to the outer part of the arch. The car has no interior as was going to be a track toy but I love driving it so I thats why I'm putting engine and bits into my white widebody 155

Want one!
Best get my wedding paid for first though! Maybe a project for 2014 for me. Assuming that both the donor and the transplant car are pretty much problem free, realistically how long would it take to complete the conversion? -------------------- ![]() |

i would love to convert mine to turbo, but aint a risk? what if police officers stop you and ask to open the engine compartment??? It's not a problem doing an engine swap to a more powerful engine in the UK as long as you declare the fact to your insurance company and pay the increased premium that they will charge you for having a modified car. -------------------- |

i would love to convert mine to turbo, but aint a risk? what if police officers stop you and ask to open the engine compartment??? It might be different in Italy. We just have to declare on the vehicle documents any changed to the vehicle. You also have to tell your insurance company that you have a 2.0 5 cyl turbo, who then bend you over and give you a good seeing to and pinch your wallet ![]() -------------------- |
