Much loved car has been sat in garage for 10 years. It is Black 1997 Cloverleaf with original alloys. Is in decent nick but has not been driven so is a good project for anyone so minded. Would love to see it saved or if not used for parts but I need to get rid ASAP. I have a scrapyard lined up unless anyone wants it.

It was written of in minor prang when someone drove into the door. I changed the door for matching door so in theory the car is fine but does not drive.

Here's hoping!

Hi - Sounds interesting. Can you provide more details on your 145:

- has it ever been started in the last 10 years? If so, when did it last run?

- what mileage has it done?

- do you have the V5?

- do you have any service history for the car?

- how long have you owned it?

- whereabouts in Hampshire are you?

Cheers!

It does not start. The battery went dead pretty quickly and i have never bothered to get it started. It last ran around 9 years ago.
around 90,000 miles
yes I have the V5 and service history will have to dig it out. Ive owned it since 2004 . 2 owners prior to that

It is in a garage in Fleet.

If cannot get started it is good for parts.

That's spooky - my parents used to live in Fleet, not far from Fleet pond...

I'd be interested to see it - would it be possible to see it during the week?

Just looked at the MOT history. No mention of corrosion which is definitely a major plus!

It is in my parent garage and I do not live there so won’t be there but my Mum can show you and we can discuss on the phone.

Yes, interesting - the car looks good and definitely worth keeping on the road given its relatively low miles, decent history and relative lack of floorpan rust.

But - I've got to be realistic, and having taken on the Fire Black 146 recently, and with a sickly Spider to fix, I just can't take this 145 right now, much as I'd love to (as a Phase 1 QV is definitely a bucket list car for me). So the seller is looking elsewhere right now - maybe to 145v63.0???

But if it hasn't found a home in a week or two, who knows?

Ok.....

Keepit, how do you feel about breaking some parts from it before the scrapman takes it?

Richard...

PS, I'm local...tomorrow morning is good for me.

Am just arranging a recovery driver to go and a day and will make good this car.
Love phase 1.
