pretty chuffing peed off at the moment, my front bumper has a huge scuff in it that some utter [insert swear word here] managed to do, in a car park. happened a couple of weeks ago but the thing is the bumper scuff has started turning white the last couple of days, i'm guessing that its the back to black washing off in this weather.

anyone got any ideas what i can do to make it look good again without getting a new bumper?

haven't got the time to take a pic today, i might be able to tomorrow but tis very deep. frankly looks awful to me! i'm mostly hoping for some magical cure but i think i'll be looking at a new bumper some time soon. unsure.gif

get some pics up to see how bad it is . iv'e done some in the past
it's down to how deep it gone but you can block it down with 600 wet dry it will take some time to do it. but it works then use some bumper black or i use the bumper paint

hey managed to take some pictures of it. I cleaned it and added some back to black, it got rid of most of the whiteness but it is still obvious!

hi fella that's not that bad i've seen a lot worse
just get a block and some 600 wet & dry then go up to 1200 when you start to get it flatter
then when you got them out then put some bumper black cream on. or what you are using now or you can just dust over with some black bumper paint if you go this way you will need to clean the bumper all off with panel wipe or white spirit really well to stop the paint flaking off the thing with this bumper paint is not to go heavy
with the paint
hope it helps. if you get in to any problems let me know i will try & help. lee
car looking really nice fella gleam.gif

just had a quick go with some 600 then 800 wet and dry. There is a notcieable improvement, it still can be seen but no where near as glaringly obvious. i'll have another go once the weather is a bit nicer! thanks for the input guys!
