Hi, can i get the rear liner off easily, without removing bumper?

2 or 3 screws secure it to rear bumper and 1 going into inner arch - at least on the 145.

Cheers, did you have to be rough with it, bend it a lot to get it out? Mine won't come out (so far) without being rough. I don't want to snap it.

Its a while since I had mine out, but I think if you can ease it away from the arch lip you should be able to wiggle it out. You might need to be firm with it, but they are are fairly flexible.
