Just wondering is anyone has any experience on fitting the Supersprint stainless exhaust manifold?
I can’t see any extra bhp being promised so what can be the benefit? Extra mpg?
Any thoughts, memories or comments welcome. I personally can’t remember anyone on here fitting one.

Edit: I’m used to a forum where the search function is pants so I didn’t think to try here before I posted. Doh!
Happy to see that it works well and I found some positive comments on it.
More comments are welcome before I splash the cash!

Hey Harpo-

I think the benefit of the stainless manifold is; it'll be the last manifold you'll ever need!

There may be some % improvement in gas-flow across the head, as a result of 'kinder' pipe-radius's, but I'm not sure.

Are these still available? Can you post a link?

The prodigal Alfa owner returns ...
I ordered one just before the factory had to close in Italy. They had it in stock so shipped it straight away and it arrived a few days later. Long story cut short, I ordered it through a UK company. I couldíve ordered it straight from the factory but I had a problem with paying them direct. It turns out the guy in Italy has great English and couldíve helped me sort it out.
Just google Supersprint and you will find them.
Itís a great looking piece of bling and I will fit it soon. Not cheap but it sure looks like itíll flow the air better.
I have a few more mods to do as and when.

Hi there Harpo
There is a bhp benefit as Dante says due the better gas flow of the design compared to the standar manifold. I have one still sitting in the box. The power gain is around 5 bhp. But getting normally aspirated large outputs form the twin spark is tough. Every little counts. If you get hols of a Squadra chip you can add another 10bhp then you have 15 bhp. Cams would be the next thing to do. All quickly becomes expensive but hey ho.
