Hi gents,

Quick question. In ePER, how is left and right hand set, is it as you look at the front of the car or in the drivers seat or something? I remember reading somewhere what it was but I can't for the life of me remember the answer.

It is normally noted as SX = Sinistra = Left or DX = Destra = Right.
I don't think it is written to assume one or the other is the driving position - in parts that are different depending on the side, the SX or DX is stated

The bit I'm after is the driver's side (RHD) door lock cylinder, so one of these two. Would RH be the driver's side in this case? No SX or DX listed:

So no matter if it is left hand drive or right hand drive, left is left, right is right I guess

yes.
in ePER you have GS/GD compatibility description to determine whether part is for LHD or RHD
