How far are you from J28 M1? Fin on here does them cheap enough. Might be worth dropping him a message.

Ahh the North East. I used to work up that way a few years ago!

If you want to hire the tools, PM me. You pay the postage both ways and a refundable deposit (based on how much they cost via PayPal or bank transfer) and your sorted! No charge for actually hiring them, seeing as your a member on here and all that! smile.gif

Oh, and if your guy is ex-Audi, he should find changing the cam and balancer belt on a Twin Spark a piece of p**s, as long as he has a set of short RIBE bits. And a honking great vice to change the variator!

Oh, and if anyone else is interested, I'll may well be equipped for V6 belt changes too!

--------------------
Keep left unless overtaking - Use mirrors and signals when changing lanes - Keep within the white lines - Don't tailgate

Its not exactly f**king rocket science is it?

If you cut a horse in half, then bang the two halves together, you get exactly the same noise as someone riding a coconut!

Hi
Although a little way from the boro, I always used Lyles of Newcastle for work on my previous Alfa's (v6 75,145, 2 x 147's and my V6 156). They are quality and well into there Alfa's with a lot of knowledge of all Alfa's.

I Have also been put onto these guys although never used them yet http://www.quicksalesportsandperformance.co.uk/ who are base in ferryhill.

Hope this helps
Cheers Mick
