I noticed when putting it in today that I need to make a new surround what did you use?
I was thinkin of making a template out of cardboard then making it out of a little sheet of alloy as im haven my headlining recovered i have some black meterial to cover the new surround With as I hate the ashtray as it's broke and never stays up I'd prob do away with it and just make the cigaret lighter fit the new surround just for the sat nav

If you decide to keep the ashtray and want to fix it then see the following post...
