Saw and sat in an Alfa 4C today biggrin.gif Great looking car. Best bit about it: the deep glossy carbon fiber, the instrument panel and seats.

Before I start let's get the worst thing out the way: the lumpy looking and feeling hand-brake. It's in such a prominent position (sits high as you sit low) I thought they could have designed and made something really nice here. A car like this is about the detail - whaddya I know anyway..! It's funny how one suddenly becomes an expert. I don't even have any car background to speak of blush.gif

Didn't disappoint from a looks perspective

Nice pearlescant white finish

The second best bit: when you open the door and get in the whole dash lights up. Those dials are something special; sorry for my naff photo the flash went off.. rant.gif

This was THE BEST PART: the carbon fiber

Third best bit: the seats - although they looked a bit thin but very smart with the leather and stitching like the 145 eh?

Thanks to Chris Variava, who encouraged me to step inside the cordoned off 4C! I might pop round tomorrow just to see the dash light up again coolio.gif

One thing I noticed that the front badge was identical to the brand new I brought this week for my 147 (with the chrome surround).

Would I buy one.. was Shakespeare from Stratford-upon-Avon? Of course he was!!

Sounds quite good as well, i was surprised to see it on the test hill at Auto Italia. Pair of them were shipped from Italy for the event.

Yes, it was there! I didn't get the chance to chat to the Alfa stall.. as I arrived late again and too busy checking out all the other Alfas! I hope Alfa follow it up with other worthwhile models like the 145QV wink.gif Nice video. The red one flew up the hill. Loved it when its 'spider' lights came on!
