Hi guys!

Long time, hardly been on here. Back now though as I get into my next Alfa project, but more on that later. Anyone going to Auto Italia at Brooklands this weekend? Would be nice to see some sorted 145s there smile.gif

I'm actually doing a massive road trip across this weekend down to the South Coast.

Chances are I'll be in the area, although ironically I'm not free enough to be able to attend.

If you see a 146.gif going South; wave!

I've been waiting for this moment for last 5 years. I am going w00t2.gif
The Red Devil is not fully sorted. Front, rear bumper and roof need respraying along with the roof spoiler which also needs to be bolted on. My exhaust with Supersprint back box needs to be put on. My Brand new OZ Superleggeras with spacers are not on. These things ill do later in the year.

Just finished claying the car tonight and putting on some back to black on the bumpers. Vacuumed the carpets. Didn't get the chance
to wax it as we had some s**t weather last weekend. Setting off at 5.30am Saturday to get there at the gates. If you see me there come over and say hello. Be nice to put a face on some of the names here.

Shame you cannot go. It feels like an Alfa revival at the moment and this seems the result of the Giulia QV. Long may it continue. I may well go the one of the Scottish events later in the year. Never been to Scotland before so that in itself would be a good enuff reason.

hey Ganz-

It'd be great if you were up, actually.

You'll have to let ME know of relevant Alfa events up here! As I seem to be a bit out of touch.

Yes- it's a shame Auto Italia isn't tomorrow (Friday) as I'm free, and currently in Walsall.

On Saturday we continue South to check out care home places for a family member..

I did 414 miles down on a full tank today- with a stop in Lincoln on the way. No problemo- a great long distance car actually.

I hope everyone who goes on Sarurday has a great time- please get lots of pics!

Hey Desperado. Finally I can put a face to the name. Wasn't it a fantastic day? Perfect weather and a massive turn out of Alfas. I know what you mean about batteries expiring. So annoying rant.gif I took as many photos before battery was dead. I'll post them here. I put a couple of videos on youTube if you want to check them out and also posted on Facebook on the following links.

Ganz.

I watched your youtube vids, you went in via the campbell gate and so did I. Alfa and Abarth had their own entrance but queuing up with all the exotica is nice..
