AROC Yorkshire section are holding the following event, anyone who is going RSVP, you can also use this thread for organising convoys.


Elvington Air Museum York is hosting the above event on 15th. June starting at 10.00 hrs. Due to the parking areas available on site, vehicles will be parked as they arrive allowing the opportunity to be parked alonside new friends.

The cost will be 10 per vehicle and the event will run until 17.00 hrs with prize giving commencing at 15.00 hrs.

The Yorkshire Air Museum is the largest independent air museum in Britain and there is much to see and do for all the family. Based at a former WW2 bomber base it is steeped in history and home to some 60 historic aircraft & vehicles. The site houses 15 top class exhibitions as well as a large NAAFI style restaurant if you should become peckish. More information is available on their web site www.yorkshireairmuseum.org

Elvington Air Museum is located on the B1228 road just a few minutes drive from the A64 and A1079.Elvington Airfield, Halifax Way, North Yorkshire, YO41 4AU for Sat Nav users.
