hi guys, i'm selling the 17" Compomotive alloys on my car, they are finished in dark grey, the alloys are in mint condition and have had custom made aluminum centre cap holders made to fit the original colour alfa badges. (4 stud pcd 4 * 98)

paid around 600 for them + 100 for badge holders/badges, want 375.
They are in very good condition.

No Tyres

Email me at gnotta@hotmail.com

Ps they will fit over brembo calipers.

I'm in london, dont mind bringing them to the next ace cafe meet, or meeting anywhere around london area.

Havent got a digital camera at the moment, will get some pictures asap.
Try the Clovertechuk.com website and look under What we have done.
please note the wheels have 225/45 tyres on in the pic, and thus do look smaller than 17"

So your're sticking with the Azev's now Gary? Not too bad either. wink.gif

And are these the rims that are for sale now?

Come to think of it, would you know if a 3.2 GTA engine might fit under the bonnet of a 145 too? Someone over here has 2 for sale including the gearbox. My imagination is playing tricks on me already. blink.gif

And another question. I noticed you're doing a project on a 33 Q4. Might it be possible to fit that complete transmission to a 145? I'm working out a project on paper and investigating the possibilities. If all seems achievable I might take my plans to another level. cool.gif

Yeah the 3.2 will fit, as it is the same block as the 3.0.
Getting it to run will be your biggest problem, oh yeah and driveshafts, hubs, transmission, exhaust fabrication, clearence from the rad, to name a few.
Q4 145?
Best bet is to fit the floorplan arrangement from a 155Q4, i think i heard a rumour that someone had converted a Q4 to being V6 powered?

Yep they are the wheels that are for sale.

Okay, I'll quickly drop the GTA engine fantasies then... I have another project in mind that will cost me dearly already, so trying to make the driveshafts and transmission fit will take me too much time and effort. unsure.gif

About that Q4 system, do you mean I could try to make the Q4 drivetrain from a 155 fit to my 145? I am planning to connect it to a boxer engine, so my first guess would be to use a 33 as a donor. (since a straight four is transversally mounted) I am not sure however if the rear part of the drivetrain will fit under the car... Any experience here? Well thanx for your help anyway and good luck selling the rims! biggrin.gif

Dont think it will fit as standard, but there's no reason for it not to fit with some hard work!

There will be no prop tunnel - so you will have to cut a section out the floor and then weld in an arc, then make mountings for a rear axle.
A rally workshop near me specialises RWD conversions, and they have done all sorts of FWD cars that were never intended for RWD use! Eg Mini, Mondeo, mk1 Fiesta.... the job itself takes a while to do properly but is no where near impossible!

Usualy the hardest part is the bulkhead - as you now have to fit a box under there as well, so that requires major modifications.. or bashing with a club hammer! ohmy.gif biggrin.gif

The world is like a ride at an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it, you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time, and they begin to question: Is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, 'Hey - don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride...' And we ... kill those people.

I'm pretty sure it won't fit as standard indeed AJ... Man I should never have stopped taking those pills... blink.gif

I'll do some further research first and compare the 33's and 145's floors to see if I could take some other parts off a 33 Q4 as well. Will be a pain to do all the mods myself, but I bet there's some rally-cross specialists over here too to provide me with some useful information. A 145 Q4 twin turbo would be the coolest thing to drive though, now wouldn't it! laugh.gif wink.gif

I have seen a 145 4x4 before, but this one had the complete Lancia Delta HF Integrale drivetrain fitted. I'd prefer mine a little lower on its legs, but 384 BHP would be quite nice for slayering M3's and R32's. wink.gif

guess why i still have my old lancia delta integrale rotting down the bottom of the garden wink.gif i'm supposed to be restoring it just rust catching it up done most the welding then winter got in the way, and it needs a respray.

but whats more likely to happen is the drive train may fall into something else when its a litttle older. Trust me the standard 200bhp from th e16v (evo's are 215bhp) in my case will more than enough if that can get a heavy old dela to 60 in 6 and a bit seconds should do well in an 145.

Well, the rims are still sitting in the garage, but the good news is:

The tyres arrived today after a big cockup, so will be going on the car tomorrow night. Just wait, something else will happen, balancer machine will break, wait for it.....

PS - Gari one of the wheels had very thick oil on - had you suffered some kind of hub/cv joint explosion!!!!
